Important things to put in a wedding photography timeline

Doing a photo shoot involves a lot of scheduling that is why a timeline is important.A timeline gives you ample time to take those most important shots in a wedding. It will also enable one to capture great moments of the wedding. So with that in mind we are going to discuss some of the important things that a photographer should do before and during the wedding.

First thing a photographer should do is to determine when he/she could take the family portrait of the couple.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding. Some people like to take pictures before the wedding happens. This will give them more time to do things during and after the wedding.Others prefer to do it during the wedding. You would perform better because you are more prepared if you just determine when the family would like to take the pictures.

Next important thing to know is the schedule of the start of the wedding. This would let you prepare for shots of the guests that are arriving.  As a San Diego photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests.  You will also be able to get everything ready for the big ceremony.

Finally you will want to know what time the reception is.This is important since it would let you know how much time you can have in the wedding itself. In other words, you would know how much more shots you can take in the church or wherever the wedding is held before heading to the reception.  Doing wedding as a San Diego event photography allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly. With these kind of events you do not want to be disorganized.

There goes some of the most important things you should put in a wedding timeline. It should help in making you better prepared during a wedding.  A wedding day is some of the most frantic moments ever.It puts a lot of pressure on everybody involved.  The last thing as a photographer you need to feel is pressure. You should just be relaxed so that your best work would show.
